As a student at the University of Missouri–St. Louis (UMSL), my experience was both enriching and transformative. The diverse and inclusive environment allowed me to interact with peers from various backgrounds, enhancing my global perspective. Academically, I was challenged by dedicated faculty who integrated real-world applications into their teaching, particularly in my business courses. Beyond the classroom, I was actively involved in student organizations, which helped me develop leadership skills and a sense of community. The location in St. Louis provided numerous opportunities for internships and cultural experiences, complementing my academic learning. Additionally, the university's support services, such as academic advising and career counseling, were invaluable in guiding my educational journey and preparing me for my career. Overall, UMSL provided a comprehensive and supportive environment that fostered my personal and professional growth.

The communication and accessibility of professors and university staff is exceptional. Any anxieties/concerns I have expressed to staff have been addressed in a timely and helpful manner. The school is affordable but still provides top tier education and experiences. I have experienced some professors who did not meet my standards, but the outstanding professors I have taken courses with provide good balance.
