Downton fans can will be able to bring home a physical copy of Downton Abbey: A New Era as soon as July 5. Downton Abbey: A New Era will be available in 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray and DVD formats.

A number of special features are included as part of the physical copies (as well as digital purchases). Here's what fans can expect:

  • "Her Majesty's Yacht Britannia": Learn the real history behind Her Majesty's Yacht Britannia and why it was a perfect vessel to play the cross-channel ferry in the film.

What’s in store with this latest trip to Downton? The movie features two big plots, the first involving a movie choosing to shoot at Downton, while the second takes many of the Crawleys to the South of France, where the Dowager Countess has mysteriously come into the possession of a villa.
